What does this cost me as an owner?
Nothing. Unlike traditional property management companies, we don't charge our owners a placement or management fee.
How are clients screened?
Every client is qualified through our placement program before they're ever proposed to a property — background, income, references, and program eligibility.
What am I still responsible for?
The big stuff: roof, A/C, water heater, major systems, taxes, and insurance. We handle everything else.
What if a placement doesn't work out?
We stay involved throughout the lease. If something changes, we work with both sides to find the right next step.
